  At the time of Registration, all fees for the coming year must be paid in full. Post-dated cheques will be accepted for Tuition, as per payment schedule of your choice (10 month or 12 month). Tuition must be paid up front or post dated cheques at time of registration. Arrangements must be made for the payment of past due accounts before new registrations are accepted.

   Students attending one day or more of any term (nine-week Report Card Term) will owe the full term's tuition.

   There will be an additional $15.00 for any cheque returned to us by your bank for any reason.

   For all students (Grades K4-12) the first Tuition payment must be paid in advance by August 15th This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable should the student cancel for any reason.
Note: Students registering after the Pre-registration date shown in this handbook, must pay or make arrangements to pay all fees, charges, and tuition already due by the date they do register.
No child will be allowed to begin classes until all such are paid or arrangements made to do so, and registration is completed and in the office (including forms for enrollment and medical).

   Heritage Christian Academy is endeavoring to keep low tuition rates for the benefit of each parent.For that reason we will be participating in some fund-raising programs. Each student will be required to be involved in these endeavors. Failure to meet the minimum level of fund-raising will result in amount of the short coming being added to the school bill. 


TESTING OF NEW STUDENTS: Any testing of students requested by parents or Heritage Christian Academy staff will require a fee of $25.00.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATIONK - 4 children must turn 4 by December 31st, of the present school year in order to enroll. K - 5 children must be 5 by December 31st to enroll.

REGISTRATION FEE: (all students)
Kindergarten to Grade 8 . . . . . . . . . $225.00
Grade 9 to Grade 12 . . . . . . . . . . . . $250.00


Late registration fee is an additional $100.00 after May 31st.

(Registration Fee includes books and art. It does not include sports, Senior Class Trip).
Graduation Fee (Graduating Seniors only)  $50.00

Note: any payment for registration will be applied to balance owed if applicable (20% chg. applies)

3 Day Kindergarden

$1,700 per year

$2,240 per year (Donation and Tuition)

These rates apply to children (brothers and sisters) from one family.

NOTE: Suggested Donation: (For those who do not regularly attend the services of H.B.C.)

   Heritage Baptist Church helps finance the school with a substantial contribution each year, plus it pays for all maintenance related expenses, such as cleaning, facilities, heat, hydro, paper supplies etc. For families who do not regularly attend the church or who do not regularly contribute to these expenses, we suggest that you make a donation to help off-set the difference in what it takes to educate your child(ren) and what you actually pay in tuition. A recommended amount for that donation is $900 per student per year. Any donation, above the tuition fee is eligible for a tax receipt
